I’ve found the product I want but can’t select my preferred finish.
If there is something you are looking for which is not yet listed on our page, please dont hesitate to contact us by phone or email, we'll be happy to help you manually complete your order.

Has my order been sent yet?
We will be in touch when you order from us and send you a notification when your order has been dispatched. We aim to send out goods within one business day of cleared payments.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts credit card payments and afterpay. We can also arrange manual orders for payment by bank transfer or cash if you are picking up from us.

Can you give me more information about your products?
A lot of what we do is quite bespoke. If you have questions which you are not able to find answers to online it will be best to get in touch with us.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number with your notification of shipment.

Most consignments ship via Direct Freight Express.

How long does delivery take?
Most of our products are ex stock, however some need to be ordered in to suit your specific requirement (eg wheels). Stock products typically take a day on the East coast up to a week on the West coast. Custom ordered goods will take longer depending on the circumstances of your order. Contact us for more details.

Generally, if you can put a product into the cart then we have it in stock in Sydney!

Why sign up as a member of your site?
Our website now has a membership function. If you are a repeat customer, this allows you to keep track of your previous orders, save common addresses and card details for faster checkout, and keep a wishlist of all the products you want to complete your project.
